Doesn´t teaching and educating in a democratic society´s school mean that classroom- and schoolleaders are role modles for students future behaviour and acting in this society? Read Norm Green on this.
What about asking the (potential) delinquents – the school´s students – on that issue? Letting them evaluate their teachers´ and principle´s conflict-management: “When you had this conflict with … about … did you feel treated fair and just?”
Could the classrooms´s parliament (Klassenrat) be an evaluation instrument?
